The Build Process
Initial Meeting
Ramos Signature Homes looks forward to setting up a meeting to get to know each other and discuss your project scope. This initial meeting can take place onsite, virtually, or in the office. To make our initial meeting as productive as possible, we will send you a new home questionnaire beforehand to discuss your needs in detail.
Develop a Budget
After learning about your needs, we develop a working construction budget for your project, taking into consideration your must-haves and wishes. This budget also assists in the design phase, allowing us to best guide you. Please note that this is a working budget, and final pricing will be finalized through bids and the completed design.
Site Evaluation
Ramos Signature Homes conducts a site visit to develop an itemized estimate of site costs. We evaluate the optimal placement of your home on your lot. This information, along with a preliminary site plan, is then provided to our Surveyor to develop a comprehensive site plan, addressing potential difficulties in terrain, utilities, easements, and other relevant factors.
Pre-Design Contract
Our Design Pre-Contract commissions the production of your new home plans. This is where Ramos Signature Homes and our clients become partners and pen to paper begins. Pre-construction is a crucial phase as it allows the Ramos Signature Homes team to dedicate focused time to the client, meticulously ironing out details, and asking and answering the right questions to bring your build to life.
Construction
After the pre-design contract is finalized and all selections have been made, the project moves into the construction phase. At this point, the initial concepts and drawings are transformed into detailed construction documents that serve as the blueprint for the entire build. Our team, along with our trusted subcontractors, will manage the on-site work, adhering strictly to the approved plans and specifications. This phase is a well-coordinated effort where we prioritize quality craftsmanship and clear communication to ensure your custom home is built to the highest standards, on schedule, and on budget.
